Seeing a psychologist can feel daunting, but reaching out for support is a power move inyour own life. I am friendly, warm and committed to making my clients feel safe and comfortable in our work together. I understand that opening up and talking about topics that you may have not been able to (or wanted to!) acknowledge can feel really hard.

I also know that engaging in therapy can be one of the very best things you can do for yourself when the going gets tough - or even before it does!

Psychological therapy can look like:

- taking stock of where you're at
- reconnecting with yourself, others and the world around you
- understanding what isn't (and is) working for you
- exploring what is holding you back and keeping you stuck
- getting clear on what a happy life and happy YOU looks like
- having a roadmap, a trusted guide, and the tools to move you in the right direction.
